Ballard, the district of Seattle where my mom, grandma and brother's family live is tearing down a Denny's. "So what?" you may ask. Well, it is a building that I drive by almost every time I go to their house, and it was once designated a historical landmark (I assume because of their landmark-setting Grand Slams). Well, the reaper is a-comin for it.
